We do not want the relationship that we develop with our customers to end with the delivery of our software. We want to ensure that our customers get the most from our software and our installations and we promote this through our customer support capability. Support contracts can be tailored towards the customer's requirements and ranges from telephone support to competitively priced maintenance and support contracts with varying degrees of commitment.

These maintenance and support contracts can be offered to ensure smooth and trouble-free operation of the system but also to assist the user understand the results, the pipeline and the equipment behaviour. The objective is to maximise the customer’s investment.
